On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, including the arched room; the bathroom on this level is en suite to this room, offering greater privacy and practicality. Completing the amenities, the villa also features a third external bathroom attached to the house, very convenient for those spending time outdoors. The large living room, together with the reading and relaxation areas, creates a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the villa at any time of day.
