===== Exterior ===== Manor house with large private and furnished outdoor area. At guests' disposal: gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining with barbecue, hammock and deck chairs, ping-pong table and basketball basket, bike room. Its location is strategic as it is located in the Maremma area and within a short distance you can reach places of interest such as: Follonica (4km) a seaside resort famous for its clear sea and summer events such as festivals, concerts and shows. Do not miss Punta Ala and Cala Violina: one of the most beautiful beaches in the Maremma, located a few kilometres from Follonica. The bay is surrounded by nature and can be reached on foot or by bicycle. Another interesting experience for families and groups of friends is the Acqua Village. Also about 30 minutes from Follonica is the Gulf of Baratti and the ancient Etruscan town of Populonia. Private covered parking for 3 cars + outdoor parking for 2 cars ===== Interior ===== Inside, the house consists of: Ground floor: well-equipped kitchen with induction hobs, fridge, oven, dishwasher. Dining room with table and chairs. Large living room furnished with sofas and armchairs. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom (adapted for the disabled). A laundry room with washing machine is available for guests. On the first floor: a double bedroom with an extra bed, another double bedroom. A bathroom with shower. Also on the first floor a double bedroom with bathroom with tub. Two rooms with 1 single bed and bathroom with shower. Wifi Internet: Wifi is located in the large living room where there is also a Smart TV.
