The Spereto property is in a strategic position with a beautiful view of the countryside and the historic village of Montaione. Each outdoor space is private and cared for with particular attention to detail. The shared swimming pool is surrounded by a refined sun terrace with outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella for each unit. Uncovered parking inside the property. Cars are not allowed inside Borgo di Spereto. From Montaione it is possible to organise excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra and San Vivaldo (known as the Tuscan Jerusalem). The beaches of the Etruscan Coast are easily reachable within an hour's drive. Also visit the historic village of San Miniato and stop for a truffle dinner. About 3 km away you will find an equestrian centre where you can organise a horseback ride. A renowned golf course is a 10-minute drive away. The region lends itself very well to mountain biking.
