Guests also have the use of a tranquil privately shared swimming pool with designated sunshades and sun loungers. With its own entrance through an iron gateway the apartment is set over three levels. A stairway leads to a private covered balcony, the 'Loggia' which faces south over the Chianti countryside, perfect for 'al fresco' dining. A doorway accesses the living room and kitchen directly from the ‘loggia’. The Tuscan style living room has a wood burning stove, comfortable seating with a large dining area and very well-appointed kitchen. At one end of the living room through a doorway is a comfortable twin/double bedroom with ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. At the opposite end a stairway leads up to the large master bedroom with ceiling fan and beautiful views over the vineyards and the village of San Gusmè. A bathroom with large bathtub and shower serves the master bedroom. The apartment has Internet access, Wi-Fi, ‘Smart’ 55” T.V. DVD player and ‘Bluetooth’ speakers, it is ‘well-connected’.
