The entrance level hosts an 85㎡ open-plan living room with a 52” TV, desk, and seating for 12, all opening directly to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen connects to indoor and outdoor dining spaces with seating for 10. Each of the bedrooms enjoys private or semi-private balconies, sea views, and luxury amenities such as climate control, workspaces, and safes.
Outdoors, a 120㎡ infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers, a lounge area for up to 20 guests, a shaded dining space, and an open patio perfect for al fresco meals.
