The magnificent outdoor areas at Villa Phoenix offer mesmerising scenery down to Panormos Beach. The main terrace of the house features a spacious shaded lounge area with stand-alone and stone-built sofas, as well as a dining area seating 12 guests, a pool bar and a charcoal bbq. The large pool area is perfect for a day in the sun and refreshing moments in the pool, while a cocktail in the shaded lounge area is a welcomed distraction from the midday sun. Inside, the clean lines and pristine white interiors maximise the Mykonian sunlight; a spacious lounge area which opens out onto the pool terrace boasts built-in stone sofas, a smart TV with satellite channels and a working fireplace. The bright, open-plan, modern kitchen is fully equipped and is located directly next to the dining area seating 10 people. All areas are fully air conditioned and have dual WiFi access. Access to the villa is double-gated and the indoor areas are security protected with a motion alarm connected to 24hrs private security company.
