The space
The villa features three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional WC located next to the living room that includes a washing machine and dryer. The outdoor area is spacious and includes a private swimming pool and a smaller pool with hydro massage. There are six comfortable sun-beds with thick leather mattresses, an outdoor dining area, and a gas barbecue. The villa is in a quiet location with a beautiful view. The piano is brand new and the acoustic quality of the room is excellent. A Yamaha guitar and a locally crafted bouzouki are also available.
The neighbourhood
The closest beach and restaurant are both a five-minute walk away. Within a seven- to twenty-minute drive, guests can reach several sandy beaches including Kalathas, Tersanas, Stavros, Seitan Limania, Marathi, and Loutraki. The area is described as quiet and scenic.
