The space

– On the first floor is a sitting room with TV, bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 additional single beds (pull-out), bathroom with tub and shower. Outside you’ll find a covered terrace with fridge and large table, ideal for outdoor dining, and a few steps down, two round tables with parasols overlooking the pool. The swimming pool area is fenced for the security of your kids and equipped with sun loungers. Next to the pool area is a lovely manicured lawn with gazebo.

The neighbourhood

This vacation home is situated in a tranquil residential area at the end of a dead-end street, 2 km away from the lake. Nearby in Ispra (5 km) you’ll find a scenic lakefront promenade, marina, small beach and lakeside bars. Angera, 10 km away, is a charming laid-back village of with the historic Castle ‘La Rocca’ and ferry to Arona. The villa is also 10 km away from the charming town of Laveno, where you can hop on any ferry to explore the wonders of the lake (regular crossings to the Borromeo islands, Stresa and Verbania Intra). The railway station of Laveno easily connects you with Milan city centre.
