The space
The house is arranged over two floors connected by an 18-step stone staircase. The ground floor includes a spacious living room with sofas and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a covered patio, a traditional dining area for six, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The first floor features two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (with joinable beds upon request), all with air conditioning. There are also two additional bathrooms with showers on this floor. Outside, a covered portico with a dining table for eight overlooks the private pool and the rolling Tuscan hills, offering the perfect setting for outdoor meals. The fenced garden, approximately 700 square meters, is well-maintained and features a charcoal BBQ and a children’s play area.
