Set on a mountainside, the villa was designed by Sicilian architect Sandro Giacomarra to maximize its stunning sea views, which can be enjoyed from nearly every room and outdoor area. The contemporary interior features a soft palette of greys and whites, accented by vibrant artworks and textiles. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and large, comfortable sofas. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a long decked terrace made from restored African hardwood railway sleepers. A shaded dining area is located just off the kitchen, and the outdoor kitchen includes a stove, washbasin, wood oven, and barbecue, perfect for leisurely al fresco meals overlooking the sea. The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two queen-size beds. Both rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the sea. There are two bathrooms—one with a bath and the other with a shower. A small workstation is located in the hallway that connects the bedrooms. The grounds also include a lawn area with olive trees and a small kitchen garden with herbs and seasonal vegetables.
