There is a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Guests can relax by the shared pool, after a refreshing dip. There are sun loungers and parasols for your comfort. There is also a shared tennis court and extensive shared gardens. Marina Maria Beach (10 minutes) is a centre for windsurfing and other watersports, including scuba diving and kayaking. The beautiful beaches of Porto Istana are just 7 minutes away. From here you can see the famous island of Tavolara, which is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service from Porto San Paolo’s dock (15 minutes). The city of Olbia is just 20 minutes away by car. There is so much to see and do there, including the famous Basilica di San Simplicio. For self-catering, the city hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (20 minutes). Olbia Airport is just a 15-minute drive.
