The property benefits from a balcony that provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the vistas and fresh mountain air. Inside, the cosy open-plan living area is the ideal place to relax after a day of outdoor adventures. This area incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with; a Mokka coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge freezer. The ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts, Courmayeur offers a wide range of ski slopes suitable for all levels and is famous for its off-piste opportunities including the Vallée Blanche. The Telecabina Dolonne cable car to Mont Blanc is a 5-minute walk away and Plan Chécrouit Ski Resort is a scenic 15-minute drive. Fitness enthusiasts can also visit the rock-climbing centre, sports complex and gym, all just an 11-minute walk from the property. The closest restaurant is a minutes' walk from the accommodation and there are two supermarkets less than a 5-minute drive away. In the summer, the area is a haven for hikers, bikers and mountaineers with trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs and several mountain biking trails.
