Including an allocated car parking space *Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is about a hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process! Interaction with Guests: We are not onsite but are available when needed via call and email :) The Neighborhood: Eden terrace is on the inner edge of the city offering you fantastic convenience of the wider central Auckland area. With the city centre and hip neighbouring suburbs like Kingsland, Ponsonby, and Grey Lynn all only 2km away you are surrounded by diverse shopping and dining experiences, an array of parks and walks, Auckland highlights and all living conveniences. The apartment is very close to Eden park so great for anyone keen on watching the rugby, catch a short uber or even walk as its only about 20 mins! Grey Lynn has a weekend farmers market and some delectable cafes, stop in on a walk to get a coffee and danish from honey bones and then up to the farmers market to stock up the fridge with organic fresh produce. Kingsland offers great bars and good vibes for an afternoon beer. Ponsonby has some boutique shopping and incredible dining options for long lunching and fancy dinners. Getting Around: The location is fantastic for exploring and embracing the city and nearby neighbourhoods by foot. There are bus stops around if you prefer to see the city by vehicle, head up to the main road where you will find link buses taking you in and out of the city. If you need to go a bit further than the central area you can catch a bus down to Britomart where the transport hub is with buses and trains that will take you near or far. We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD. Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed, and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite. Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests. Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply. Bond: A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues. Breakages: Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc. Lost Keys: Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost, we will need to claim the cost from your security bond. Left Luggage: Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf). Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street. No parties or noise after 10pm: Please respect your neighbours. Security call-out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 6 people to stay at the apartment. Abide by Body Corporate: See separate document in the apartment for your convenience. Fire and Evacuation Procedures: Please refer to the procedures on the back of the apartment door.
