The Space: This incredibly spacious and elegant 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is a rare find among city living, boasting expansive city and glistening blue harbour views, light and generous open living space and elegant interiors. The generous open living is filled with warm natural light pouring in from the floor to ceiling windows that surround it. Enjoy this wonderfully inviting space with your guests in the elegant and comfortable lounge, over a meal at the dining table, outside overlooking the views from the patio or up at the kitchen bar counter for a drink. The sunsets behind the harbour bridge so revel in the glowing, golden hues that radiate the space come sundown. The kitchen is generous in size and fully equipped with all the latest appliance’s and equipment you would need to impress your guests with a new recipe or make your favourite meal. Entertain your guests with your home cooked meal at the dining table while gazing out over the sparkling city. The bedrooms are all beautifully light and relaxing, each with high quality bedding helping you have a dreamy night sleep. Each bedroom has a roomy closest so you can unpack and feel at home during your stay. The master bedroom has a connected ensuite and access to the balcony giving you beautiful views in the bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms also have balcony access and lovely views so you can wake up to the vast outlook. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer and iron/ironing board for your convenience during your stay. The apartment also has 2 car parks onsite for your convenience. Guest Access: The apartment is yours to enjoy :) You also have access to the hotel facilities, the rooftop pool, spa and gym, the indoor pool and sauna and two car parking spaces. *Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process! The Neighborhood: Sitting just above the Viaduct and an easy 10 minute walk from Commercial bay and Britomart this is a a prime location for exploring the CBD. The Viaduct is buzzing with fancy restaurants, bars and nightlife surrounding the marina - it's a vibrant treat! There are many highlights and conveniences neighbouring the Viaduct making it a breeze for you to see the best parts of the city. See the immediate area by foot or scooter or zoom across the bridge to Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park where you will find cafes and bars, the fish market, a basketball court and playground for the kids! Commercial Bay and Britomart are an easy 10-minute walk, you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart. Getting Around: The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks around the waterfront leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way, Shopping malls and experiences at commercial bay and Britomart and the sky tower just up the road! If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 10-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far. We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD. Keys & Lock-Out Policy Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys. Breakages: Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc. No parties or noise after 10pm: Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.
