FIRST FLOOR The main level features a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a TV, an indoor dining area, and an open-concept kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. Large doors connect the indoor living spaces directly to the covered terrace, private pool, jacuzzi (not heated), and golf course views. Two of the villa's five bedrooms are located on this level. SECOND FLOOR Upstairs, you'll find a second living area with high vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating — a great additional space to relax. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious balcony overlooking the private pool, surrounding greenery, and Cocotal Golf & Country Club. The remaining three bedrooms, including the primary suite, are located upstairs. BEDROOMS The villa has 5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests. First floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and terrace access. Second floor primary suite: King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower and bathtub, plus direct access to the large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.
