Conveniently located near La Romana Airport, this villa promises a luxurious retreat with all the comforts of home. -THE SPACE- This two-story oceanfront villa offers a luxurious retreat in the Dominican Republic, completed in 2023 with exquisite attention to detail and custom furnishings. As you enter through a grand hallway adorned with an indoor water feature, the Caribbean Sea welcomes you with breathtaking views from every angle. The villa features expansive living and dining areas with floor-to-ceiling windows that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. A spacious terrace and pool deck overlook the ocean, complete with an infinity pool, covered BBQ area, and ample lounge space. Additional amenities include a media/TV room for entertainment, a private fitness room, and two fully equipped kitchens including a show kitchen with a large island. -Bedrooms- 12 Bedrooms Total: - Primary Suites (3): Each suite offers a king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with panoramic ocean views. - Bedrooms 4-6 (Upstairs): Each equipped with two queen-sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom. - Bedrooms 7-12 (Downstairs): Each also features two queen-sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom. Some bedrooms include outdoor showers. -VILLA STAFF- Chef: A private Spanish-speaking chef prepares gourmet meals in the show kitchen (food and beverages not included). Butler: English- and Spanish-speaking, serves drinks and assists with household needs. Bartender: Spanish-speaking, mixes and serves beverages. Waiter: Spanish-speaking, serves drinks and meals. Housekeepers: Spanish-speaking, maintain the villa's cleanliness. Villa Manager: English- and Spanish-speaking, available for guest assistance throughout the stay. -NEIGHBORHOOD- - Located within the prestigious Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, Dominican Republic.Established in 1974, Casa de Campo is a gated community renowned for its luxury amenities and 24-hour security. - The resort features three Pete Dye-designed golf courses, including the renowned Teeth of the Dog course. - Additional amenities include Minitas Beach Club, a marina, tennis courts, equestrian center, and Altos de Chavón, a replica Mediterranean village. - Proximity to La Romana Airport (5 minutes), Punta Cana Airport (45 minutes), and Santo Domingo Airport (1 hour). -Resort Fee- Please note that the villa rental does not cover the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid upon arrival: • Adults over 13 years old: US$ 30 per person per night • Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 15 per person per night • Kids under 4 years old: FREE The Resort Fee grants access to various resort facilities and amenities, including Altos de Chavón Mediterranean Village, Dye Fore golf course, equestrian center, hotel fitness center and pool area, The Links golf course, marina, Minitas Beach Club, racquet center, resort spa, restaurants, bars, shooting center, and Teeth of the Dog golf course. Additional charges may apply for use of facilities, activities, and dining beyond the villa rental. -OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE- Upon arrival, we kindly request a security deposit of $1500 from our guests, which will be refunded on the day of check-out.
