The Villa is perfectly located in Agios Ioannis, Mykonos, and offers an excellent view to Delos Island and the sunset over the bay. The 350 sq. m. property may accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 double bedrooms and features a large living room with a bright dining area, an Infinity Pool, a private parking space and a private picturesque chapel on site. The unique lounge area around the pool is well equipped with modern sunbeds and a stylish daybed and is ideal for both relaxation and small events.

The main house hosts the main interior living and dining spaces, the kitchen, 4 bedrooms (out of which the 3 en suite) and 1 guest bathroom which also serves as a bathroom for the 4th bedroom. The living and dining spaces, 2 of the bedrooms (1 of which en suite) and the guest bathroom are located at the upper level of the house (pool level). The other 2 en suite bedrooms are located at the lower level (ground level). 2 en suite guestrooms are located outside of the main house (separate entrance), out of which 1 is at the pool level and 1 at the ground level. All bedrooms have sea/sunset views.

The outdoor area features the Infinity pool, a built-in BBQ (charcoal), the main sitting area (upper/pool level) and additional sitting areas on both levels. The chapel is located on a small cliff at the highest level of the property, overlooking the house.
