Guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic swimming pool, ideal for relaxing moments while admiring the countryside. The property is strategically located near Perugia and its airport, easily accessible yet immersed in the quiet of the countryside: the perfect choice for those seeking relaxation, nature and authentic Italian charm. Within the estate you will also find: children’s playground with swings and a playhouse private pond for sport fishing (with license, not suitable for swimming) 2 barbecues for outdoor lunches and dinners Il Giuncheto is also the perfect starting point to discover the wonders of Umbria: Assisi (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Spello, Spoleto and Todi, as well as natural attractions such as Lake Trasimeno and the spectacular Marmore Waterfalls, among the highest in Europe. The main unit consists of a kitchen and living room with sofa, and one double bedroom with a full bathroom. The other two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are externally connected and arranged as two studio apartments to provide guests with greater privacy.
