Inside, the ground floor features a bright lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, and air conditioning, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining area ideal for relaxed meals together.The bedroom layout is practical and well arranged. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms with en-suite facilities and an additional double bedroom, along with a family WC.Outside, Joya offers excellent outdoor living areas. The villa features a large private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Pool heating is available for an additional fee if required. A shaded terrace, barbecue area, balcony, and garden provide plenty of space for relaxing days and outdoor dining. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and the villa also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, and other practical amenities to make stays comfortable and convenient.
