SUPPLIES PROVIDED Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests. Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are welcome; however, we ask that you keep 4 on the floor. Please pick up after pets outside. We usually allow two dogs (max 50 lbs). A $200 pet fee applies. EXTRAS Extra Pack n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Quiet hours are enforced from 9PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
