Outside, guests can enjoy spacious panoramic areas surrounded by nature, featuring a fully equipped private panoramic pool, a shaded gazebo and a wood-fired oven perfect for outdoor dinners while admiring the beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The villa is ideal for those seeking a relaxing and private holiday in the Marche countryside. Walking lovers can even reach the historic village of Pergola on foot, enjoying the typical rural landscapes of the area. Pets are accepted on request and with an extra charge. The house is on two levels. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, living and dining room with fireplace, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with an extra bed. First floor: five double bedrooms with an extra single bed, one bedroom with four beds, four bathrooms and a balcony.
