MAIN HOUSE – SOCIAL HEART The main house is organised in a U‑shape around the pool. A large living room with fireplace opens onto a veranda facing the front garden, next to an ample dining room that comfortably seats 8–20. A fully equipped classic kitchen is designed for cooking for large groups. POOL PAVILION – STUDIO & OUTDOOR KITCHEN Opposite the main house, across the pool, is the pavilion. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue opens directly to the pool area, so cooking and serving drinks happen right beside the water and outdoor dining deck. Next to it, a pool shower room serves this area, keeping wet feet out of the main house. The pavilion also includes a flexible pool studio: a large bedroom with en‑suite bathroom and two sleeping areas for up to 4 guests – one area with double bed and another with twin beds convertible to a king. It works perfectly for a couple with children, teenagers who want independence, or guests who prefer to be close to the pool and outdoor life while the rest of the group sleeps in the main house. OUDOOR AREAS – garden, deck and tree house Outside, a 4000m² private estate plot with lawn surrounds the house and pool. The patio features a 12 × 7 m private swimming pool, outdoor lounge with sofas and daybeds, sunbeds with parasols, floating bean bags and a large deck with shaded outdoor dining area under the pergola by the pavilion. Children love the tree house, and there is also private parking within the estate.
