All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property. - Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00. - Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm. The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests. Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows: - Preparation of the villa for the arrival of customers and daily tidying up of bedrooms and bathrooms - For stays of at least 7 nights, in addition to the daily tidying up mid-stay, the change of towels is also included (with the exception of pool towels, bathrobe and slippers, where provided); - For multiple stays of 7 nights the bed linen will be changed at no additional cost at the end of the week; - Pool cleaning upon arrival and mid-stay for bookings of at least 7 nights (additional cleaning steps upon request and at extra cost) NB. The daily presence of the housekeeper includes (from 10:00 to 14:00) only the tidying of the beds and the cleaning of the bathrooms (no change of towels or sheets). Any other requests will have an extra cost. Electric Vehicle Charging Service An EV charging station is available at Masseria Lamagrotte. The service is managed according to the following guidelines: Booking Required: The service is available by reservation only. You must send a request via email at least 48 hours before you wish to charge your vehicle. We will reply as soon as possible, and in any case within 24 hours, to confirm your authorization. Rates: The current price of energy is €0.70 / kWh. Advance Payment: To activate the charging station, an advance payment of €50 is required, to be made via a secure link that we will send you. Final Balance: At check-out, we will calculate the actual kWh consumed. If you have used less than €50, we will immediately refund the difference; if you have used more, we will ask you to settle the remaining balance. Note on Rates: Due to energy market volatility, we reserve the right to change the price per kWh based on fluctuations in electricity costs. However, the final price will be confirmed and locked in when we reply to your email.
