Large and comfortable summer house. Sleep 10 to 18 people. Five minutes drive from Guincho beach and the center of Cascais. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING AND WEEKLY CHANGE OF LINEN INCLUDED. Great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Lisbon by motorway. It has a great garden and a private pool with total privacy where only birds can be heard. 14 people can be comfortably accommodated. We can add 4 extra beds in the 40m2 playing room with private toilets. These extra beds will be charged separately. The areas of the house are quite large: - Level 0: Hall, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom, master suite 40m2 and 13m2 TV parlour, main room with 70m2 and dining room with 35m2, kitchen, laundry and maid's suite - Floor 1: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 suite - Floor -1: Playing room (40m) with bathroom with natural light and access to the garden. Ping-pong table Garden: About 700m pool with possibility of putting a fence for children
