LIVING AREA & KITCHEN The lower ground floor welcomes you with a cosy TV room and an open-plan kitchen, all finished with a sleek, modern touch. Fully equipped for home cooking, this space is ideal for family meals or quiet evenings in. There is a separate guest loo and a washer and dryer for laundry. Bi-folding doors lead to a lovely garden featuring patio seating and a trampoline, perfect for kids to play while adults relax. BEDROOMS Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor, the spacious master bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed, elegant shuttered windows, and a serene atmosphere. Double Bedroom: On the raised ground floor, a double bedroom opens onto a small balcony offering a peaceful connection to the outdoors. Children’s Room: At the top of the house, a bright and playful single bedroom features vibrant colours and a whimsical balloon light, perfect for little ones. BATHROOMS The family bathroom on the first floor is a delightful retreat with a classic roll-top bath and separate shower. On the top floor, a charming children’s bathroom offers a bath with an overhead shower, ensuring convenience and comfort for everyone. Home truths: No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Please note that two lovely cats come with the home. A cat feeder will come in once a day at 6pm to feed them, unless guests specify they are happy to do so - some short instructions will be left for their care. The house is spread over 4 floors, the short stairs into the kitchen do not have a handrail. A study on the raised ground floor will be locked and not for guest use. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels, and we provide complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee.
