The entire backyard including the pool, outdoor living, and dining space is spacious and feels like your own private retreat. With the iconic palm trees and landscape for sunsets, you will be mesmerized by the views. Living Space The raised and tall ceiling details make this home airy with its open-concept living room, entertainment, kitchen, and dining room. There is ample prep-space for cooking or entertaining in the kitchen, and it is a few steps to eating at the elegant dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. For your safety and security, there is a ring camera located at the front door. Please note that the waterfall feature in the pool area is currently unavailable until further notice. While the pool and all other amenities remain fully functional for your enjoyment, the waterfall is undergoing maintenance. *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you.
