Layout Villa Kalma Exi consists of two levels: An open plan area with a lounge-dining room, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, adjacent to the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom. French doors open onto the front terrace with extra sitting-dining facilities leading out to the pool. The interior staircase joins the ground floor with the upper level and the loft.
