Noe Acre – Three-Bedroom Cottage in Tenby with Dedicated Parking Noe Acre is a beautifully presented three-bedroom cottage set in the heart of picturesque Tenby. Just a short walk from the town’s famous North Beach, colourful harbour, shops and restaurants, this spacious property provides a wonderful base for families looking to enjoy everything Tenby and the Pembrokeshire coastline have to offer. Please note that there are external steps leading up to the front door of Noe Acre, so guests should be comfortable with these when accessing the property. Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a welcoming hallway with a beautiful staircase leading to the first floor. To the left is the cosy yet effortlessly stylish family lounge, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring the coast. There is a Smart TV with a Manhattan box, while the fireplace houses a log burner – perfect for creating a warm and cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. To the right of the entrance, the hallway leads through to the bright and spacious kitchen. A long farmhouse dining table creates a fantastic social space for the whole family to gather for meals, drinks or evenings together. Just off the kitchen is a practical boot room and utility room, conveniently positioned next to the side entrance. It’s ideal for keeping sandy shoes and muddy clothing away from the main living areas, with laundry facilities available when needed. Head upstairs to the first floor, where you’ll find three beautifully presented bedrooms. The first is an elegant super king-size bedroom, while the second features a king-size bed and an adjoining shower room. A large Velux window allows plenty of natural light into the room. The third bedroom is a welcoming twin room with two generous single beds and a full-size cot, making Noe Acre a great option for families travelling with younger children. The first floor also features a spacious family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower, giving guests the choice of a quick shower or a relaxing soak. A separate WC and hand basin are conveniently located next door. Outside, the enclosed rear garden provides a lovely private space to enjoy during your stay. A raised decking area features a table, chairs and BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining and making the most of warmer Pembrokeshire days and evenings. Noe Acre also benefits from super-fast broadband throughout your stay. A dedicated parking space is provided within North Beach Car Park, approximately a couple of minutes’ walk from the property. A parking permit is required and must be collected from the property and displayed in the vehicle. At the end of your stay, the permit must be returned and left inside the property for the next guests. Please be aware that the parking space is not directly outside the cottage.
