It is a typical Mallorcan family home of the nineteenth century (recorded in 1875) with building materials are stone, sandstone, wood (pine and cypress) and traditional Mallorcan floors. Completely renovated in 2004 respecting the distribution and original materials of the house, restoring them and giving importance to its simplicity characteristic of Majorcan style. The house has three floors of 100m2 each, with a courtyard of 70 m2. On the ground floor there is a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a small pantry located under the stairs.
