Villa Vista Mare Assinia is a newly and modernly renovated property in the area of ​​Kentroma Gimari, near Nisaki, above Krouzeri Beach. It is tacked in an olive grove on the edge of the mount, with dreamy sunrise and sea views, private pool and short access to local beaches, Agni, Kalami, Nisaki and Barbati Beach. Villa Vista Mare Assinia is a modern villa, with comfortable spaces and sunny terraces, facing Southeast. It extends in a private hilly olive grove, and it is set on two levels, large enough to accommodate a family or group of 8 people in four spacious bedrooms. A private road connects the property with the main road and leads to a private parking, next to the main entrance and the stone pool. Layout The entrance opens onto open space with a living room, dining area and modernly furnished kitchen with all the necessary equipment and adjacent Guests' WC. On the right of ​​this space, there is a double bedroom with a large walk-in en-suite shower room / WC and a balcony door that leads directly to the pool, with incredible panoramic views. Next to the dining area, there is a wooden staircase that lands onto the upper floor and in a small hall area. In this floor and starting from the left, there is a twin bedroom with a window to the rear of the house (facing a stone wall). Adjacent to this there is a modern family shower and another double bedroom with balcony doors, amazing views and a front private balcony. At this level, you can also find a small family WC.
