The property has a pavilion-style layout; all bedrooms feature a modern tropical design, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms enjoys direct pool access, while two other bedrooms are located on the top floor with a lovely vantage point. The largest bedroom additionally features its own balcony and a sunken bathtub with an ocean view. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances and has a central island that can be used as a breakfast bar. The fully-staffed villa offers an optional private chef, who can whip up delicious meals throughout the day, at an additional cost. Kayaks, yoga mats and a BBQ are available upon request for guest use. While the shoreline in front of the Dhevatara Residence estate is rocky, a short 200m stroll along the coast brings you to a swimmable stretch of the beach. Occupancy This property can accommodate up to 6 paying guests, including adults and children aged 6–12 years. Up to 2 infants aged 0–5 years may stay free of charge. Two extra beds are available upon request at an additional charge of USD 50++ per night, subject to availability. For smaller groups, reduced rates may be available with a corresponding reduction in the number of bedrooms opened for your stay.
