The space

The villa is arranged over three levels and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The main level includes a modern fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, a service bathroom, and the master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower. The upper level features two double bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi and a large bathtub designed for relaxation. The bedrooms offer impressive views of the surrounding landscape. Outside, guests will find a private swimming pool equipped with massage streams and a counter-current system suitable for swimming practice. A table made of wood and stone provides a scenic setting for enjoying sunsets, and the upper part of the garden features a yoga platform positioned under a pergola.

The neighbourhood

The villa is located in Carate Urio, a lakeside town on the western shore of Lake Como, approximately ten kilometers from the city of Como. The town sits on a steep hillside within the area known as the “golden mile,” stretching from Villa d’Este in Cernobbio to the town of Laglio, an area recognized for its excellent sun exposure and panoramic lake views. The property is situated in the upper part of the town, while lakeside restaurants and the ferry pier can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. Visitors should be aware that the historic streets are narrow, the terrain is steep, and many areas include stairs that may not be accessible by car.
