Overview of the house

The space

The main house offers over 400 m² of living space. The entrance hall includes built-in wardrobes and storage. The principal living room spans more than 50 m² with six-meter-high ceilings, exposed stone walls, large bay windows opening onto the terrace, sofas and armchairs arranged around a coffee table, an open fireplace, and a flat-screen television. A secondary lounge area with armchairs and a round table provides an additional relaxing space. The dining room includes a wooden extendable table seating up to sixteen guests and opens onto the terrace through four French doors. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, four-burner hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers including a filter machine and Dolce Gusto, toaster and kettle, along with modern crockery and cookware. A round table allows for casual breakfasts, and French doors open directly to the terrace. On the ground floor, the first suite offers a 180 cm king-size bed, bedside tables, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, separate entrance, and a private bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit, and toilet. The second suite also features a 180 cm bed, flat-screen TV, armchairs, coffee table, dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, shower, and separate toilet. Upstairs, a marble staircase leads to a mezzanine billiard room overlooking the living area. The third bedroom includes a 160 cm double bed, armchairs, coffee table, dressing room, and an alcove nursery area with crib and changing chest. The fourth bedroom offers a 180 cm bed, wardrobes, flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed suitable for one or two children. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with corner bathtub and double vanity, and there is a separate toilet on this level. The guest house in the east wing provides additional accommodation. The ground floor includes a living and dining room with sofa, table and flat-screen TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Upstairs, the master suite includes a 180 cm bed, antique wardrobe, balcony, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double vanity, plus a separate toilet. Another bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with storage. Two additional bedrooms each provide two single beds. A further bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet serves this floor. The basement extends under the entire property and includes a games room with television, PS4 console and board games, a gym area with ping-pong table and exercise bike, a laundry room with 16 kg washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, two additional refrigerators, storage space, and a separate toilet. The neighbourhood

The estate is located in the hamlet of St Julien, near the villages of Cénac and Saint Julien, approximately three kilometers from Domme, officially recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France, and twelve kilometers from Sarlat-la-Canéda, known for its art and history heritage. Essential shops, supermarket, doctors, pharmacy, restaurants, and a weekly Tuesday market are available in Cénac. The Dordogne River is nearby.
