The house is arranged across three floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A large wooden dining table with chairs and a sitting area with sofa complete this level. On the first floor there is a sitting room with a comfortable corner sofa, flat screen television, armchairs and coffee table. This opens onto a games room equipped with table football and a selection of board and card games. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms, each furnished with a super king size bed measuring 180 cm wide, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes. There is one bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed, bedside tables and lamps. A bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet is also located on this level. The second floor features two further double bedrooms, each with a super king size bed measuring 180 cm, bedside tables and lamps. There is one additional bedroom with a single bed. A shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet completes this floor. Additional indoor facilities include internet access, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Bathrooms are equipped with a bath tub, shower and hair dryer. The house provides three toilets in total.

The house is located just 800 metres from the historic centre of Domme, classified as one of “The Most Beautiful Villages of France.” Guests can easily walk into the village to enjoy its restaurants, bars and shops. The property is a few kilometres from Sarlat-la-Canéda and within easy reach of major regional attractions including the Lascaux Caves and the Padirac Cave. Several well-known châteaux are nearby, including Château de Beynac, Château de Fénelon and Château de Castelnaud. The Dordogne and Vézère valleys are easily accessible from the house.
