Resort Pool Villa in Smoky Mountains

Pigeon Forge, USA

Seasonal · Mar–Dec

12 guests|4 bedrooms|4 bathrooms

Picture the hot tub steaming under a mountain sunset while twelve of your favorite people scatter across two decks — someone's racking up the pool table downstairs, someone's swaying on the porch bed swing, and the Dollywood train whistle drifts over the ridge. Grand Elk Lodge is four king-and-queen suites, a stacked-stone fireplace under soaring wood ceilings, and a game room built for rainy afternoons. This is where the whole group trip finally comes together.

Overview of the house

The space

ABOUT THIS SPACE Step through the private entrance and the wood-vaulted great room opens up in front of you — a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace, a wall of windows pulling in the tree line, and enough sectional seating for the whole crew to pile in for a movie or a Vols game. The open floor plan means nobody's stuck alone in the kitchen while everyone else is laughing in the living room. That kitchen is built for a crowd: a stone-faced island with bar stools for four, a dining table seating eight more, and stainless appliances — fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker AND a Keurig. Cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, and barbecue tools are already here. Four bedrooms sleep everyone comfortably: a main-level king suite with an ADA-friendly bath and deck access (no stairs required); an upper-level king suite with a private jetted tub and mountain views; an upper-level queen bedroom near a shared full bath; and a lower-level king suite with its own en-suite. In the game room, twin-over-twin bunks and a sofa sleeper give kids and late arrivals a bed of their own, right next to the pool table, foosball, dartboard, and poker setup. Outside is where this cabin earns its keep. The private hot tub sits on a covered upper deck, perfect for a glass of wine after dark, while the lower deck holds a hanging bed swing strung with lights, rocking chairs, cornhole boards, and a gas grill. Add seasonal access to the community pool just down the path, and there's a reason to be outside morning, noon, and night. LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY You're tucked about a mile off the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge — close enough to Dollywood that guests regularly hear the coaster trains, far enough to come home to real quiet. The road in is a paved, gentle drive, not a mountain switchback. • Dollywood — approx. 5 minutes (about 2 miles) • Dollywood's Splash Country — approx. 8 minutes • The Island in Pigeon Forge (Ferris wheel, dining, shops) — approx. 7 minutes • Dolly Parton's Stampede dinner show — approx. 6 minutes • Titanic Museum Attraction — approx. 8 minutes • WonderWorks Pigeon Forge — approx. 6 minutes • Old Mill Square (shops, restaurants, historic grist mill) — approx. 10 minutes • Downtown Gatlinburg & Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies — approx. 18 minutes • Anakeesta mountaintop adventure park — approx. 20 minutes • Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Sugarlands Visitor Center) — approx. 22 minutes • Cades Cove scenic loop — approx. 45 minutes • Tanger Outlets Sevierville — approx. 15 minutes Whether it's a full theme-park day or a lazy morning on the deck, everything the Smokies are known for is a short drive away. WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR • Multigenerational families craving Dollywood by day and game nights by dark — the main-level ADA suite means grandparents skip the stairs entirely. • Groups of friends who want their own hangout spot — the game room's pool table, foosball, and poker setup turn a quiet evening into the best part of the trip. • Families with young kids — a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and children's dinnerware are already here, and the community pool keeps little ones entertained between park days. • Dog owners road-tripping to the Smokies — this pet-friendly cabin welcomes up to two dogs so the whole family can come. • Reunions and milestone celebrations — seating for twelve at the table, sleeping for twelve in real beds, and two decks big enough for everyone to spread out at once. PREVIOUS GUEST REVIEWS "Very nice cabin. The hosts were excellent with great communication. We appreciate all they did for our family." - John and Debbie "Loved the amount of space in this cabin. Loved the hot tub and grill on the upper deck and the swing bed on the lower deck." - Lynsey "The cabin was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The peaceful mountain setting made it the perfect place to relax." - Kulwinder PARKING Two private parking pads sit right at the cabin, with additional community overflow parking next door for a third or fourth vehicle. Parking is free and included — no permits, passes, or extra fees. The drive up is a paved, gently graded road, so trailers and larger vehicles handle it easily.
