Charming Istrian Villa with Private Pool

The villa is arranged over two floors and offers both indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. The ground floor features a connected kitchen equipped with gas and electric cooking rings, an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. This space opens into the dining and living area, which is air-conditioned and includes satellite TV and internet access. A shower room is also located on the ground floor. The first floor includes three double bedrooms and a second shower room. Two bedrooms are furnished with beds measuring 200 x 160 cm, while the third bedroom features a bed measuring 200 x 140 cm. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The outdoor area includes a 25 m² covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, suitable for outdoor dining and relaxation. A coal barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. Guests can enjoy sun loungers and umbrellas around the private swimming pool, which measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.4 meters.

The villa is located in Rakalj, a picturesque rural town on the southeastern coast of Istria. The area is known for its natural surroundings, peaceful countryside atmosphere, and access to the sea. Within approximately 3 km, guests can find several secluded beaches. The surrounding region is suitable for rural tourism, hiking, and enjoying nature.
