The space
The residence is thoughtfully designed with teak and cedar finishes, onyx and granite countertops, and teak flooring throughout. Six of the eight bedroom suites offer ocean views and terrace access. The main gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, while a separate butler kitchen is dedicated to the chef’s use. Dining options include a teak dining table and smoky black granite breakfast bar. Living and dining areas open directly to the main terrace. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, including a main level pool and a plunge pool on the third-floor patio, as well as a jacuzzi, ocean view bar with a 75" HDTV, fire pit, grassy backyard with hammocks and bean bag chairs, and multiple seating areas across three levels.
