Spanning 340 square metres across three levels, the chalet combines modern design with alpine charm. The top floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests can relax by the fireplace, dine at the large 12-person table, or step out onto the south-facing balcony and morning-sun terrace. The interiors are finished in neutral tones and rich textures, creating a calming and sophisticated atmosphere. The middle level houses four bedrooms: a master double bedroom with en-suite and terrace access, a flexible double/twin bedroom also with terrace access and en-suite, and two additional double/twin rooms—one with a private balcony—that share a separate shower room and guest WC. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bunk room with its own en-suite, and another spacious double/twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This level also includes a professional kitchen (used by staff for catered stays), a ski room with boot warmers, a sauna, and a guest WC.

Located in the renowned resort of St. Anton, the chalet is ideally situated near the main piste that leads into the village. This piste is home to some of the area’s most popular restaurants and après-ski spots. The chalet’s position allows advanced skiers to ski in to within 150 metres of the property.
