The property spans 250 m² of living space on a spacious 1,200 m² estate and includes four separate buildings: a master house and three independent studio units. The interiors are elegantly designed using natural tones of sand, white, and stone, enhancing the villa’s airy, peaceful ambiance. The master house features a fully equipped kitchen, stylish dining area, living room, guest toilet, and a master suite upstairs with an en suite bathroom and private terrace. Each studio includes a double bedroom and bathroom, with large glass doors offering views of the pool, sea, and surrounding islands. One studio is positioned outside the traditional stone-walled garden for added privacy.
