The space
The villa spans over 300 m² and accommodates up to twelve guests. Inside, there are six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two service bathrooms. The living room and dining room provide welcoming spaces to gather, while the games room offers a billiards table, table football, and ping pong table for entertainment. The fully equipped independent kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer. High-speed internet and cable television are available, along with central heating, DVD, and hair dryer. The outdoor area features a private swimming pool, garden, barbecue, garden furniture, fenced grounds, and a balcony.
