Overview of the house
The space
The house has three floors.
On each floor there is an independent apartment.
But all floors and thus all apartments are connected by an internal staircase.
Each apartment (each floor) has its own fireplace and central heating.
There is also a covered garage accommodating 3 cars, a separate barbecue house, including rustic oven, cupboards, sink, and open air furniture servicing up to 20 people.
There is another smaller barbecue by the pool and a pool-house which has a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen.
Downstairs besides the apartment there is an independent playroom which has a pool table and provides home cinema with a large screen.
