The newly built villa is located in a very quiet area of L'Escala, but at the same time it is only 6 minutes (500 meters) away from the beach. A fantastic place to spend your vacation. The large outdoor space of the house has a large pool. And the garden is well equipped with sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, and also an outdoor table, to enjoy long meals with family or friends. The house consists of two levels. On the first level there is the kitchen, very modern and well-equipped, the cozy living room and dining room, a double bedroom en-suite, a second double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the second level there is a double room, and a room with two single beds. At the same level is the garage. In total, the house can accommodate 8 people: in 3 double beds, and 2 single beds.
