First Floor Reaching the first floor, guests can find the main living room boasting a 86’’ smart TV, seating area with three sofas, direct access to the heated pool and spacious veranda with ample seating space. An additional kitchen, also providing full equipment and all essential appliances, american-style fridge, induction hobs with integrated extraction hood and indoor dining area for six, as well as the main indoor dining area for 14 guests, are perfect to enjoy a homemade meal with your loved ones. Last but not least, an additional WC and the laundry room offering a washer and dryer are also located on this level. An outdoor shower is also available. - A private, 36 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,60 m deep with step access that can also be heated upon advance request with a daily charge which can be accessed from the first floor.
