Overview of the house

The space

The villa spans three floors, offering both shared and private living areas. The ground floor opens to a large living space that includes a living room, kitchen, and dining room, all with direct access to the garden and pool area. The sleeping area on this floor consists of one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a laundry room. On the first floor, guests will find an additional support kitchen, a sitting room, and five double bedrooms—two of which have en-suite bathrooms, while the others share additional bathrooms with showers and whirlpools. The second floor features a cozy living area, four more double bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms), a twin bedroom, and two shared bathrooms. The villa’s flooring is a mix of fine marble and wood, and while there are fireplaces throughout, they are purely ornamental.

The neighbourhood

The villa is situated in a quiet, scenic area of Tuscany, surrounded by picturesque hills and forests. Guests can easily visit the nearby Etruscan coast, known for its beaches and rich marine life, or explore the historical hinterland with its Etruscan and Roman ruins. The villa is also close to several medieval villages, such as Castagneto Carducci, renowned for its wine production, including the world-famous Ornellaia and Sassicaia wines. For wine enthusiasts, the nearby Rocca di Frassinello vineyard, designed by architect Renzo Piano, offers a wonderful tasting experience.
