It is set within a 7 acre gated waterfront estate with 24x7 security. The house has one of the largest private swimming pools in the Eastern Caribbean at 95 foot long and has seating areas overlooking the Bay and a swim up bar. Walking down from the swimming pool (or use of golf carts with paths) brings you to the completely private white sand beach. The beach is man made but leads to a small natural beach. You also have access to the 185 foot private dock and Resort boats (additional charge for boats). The dock has a water slide and can be set up with lots of water toys and inflatables including a floating volley ball court. The crystal clear waters of the Bay are perfect for swimming and snorkelling and the dock is surrounded by colourful tropical fish. On the beach is a fire pit (seats 50 people) and a beach bar. The Resort is set on a private peninsular and offers all of the privacy of a private island with none of the transportation difficulties. Comprised of the Main House, Top Reef View Suites and Folly Tower this Villa is the original residence to be built on the property, completed in 2004. 7 Large Bedroom suites and our Folly Tower Suite, 6 of which have private balconies and sun loungers, with views of the bay and the large infinity swimming pool, whilst the Reef View Suites all have bi-fold doors and share a large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding bay and reefs. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with oversized showers, whilst most of the rooms also have a large bathtub. The average size of the suites is 1,000 square feet (100m2) and can comfortably accommodate additional rollaway beds (except for the Folly Tower). Each suite is fitted with an oversized imported king size bed and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. This villa also has a separate kitchen available for use by a Nanny or your personal staff for any strict dietary requirements. The villa has access to the 95 foot infinity swimming pool with swim up bar, hot and cold spas, beach bars etc.The villa is fully staffed with award winning Chefs, and Butlers which are accredited by British Guild of Professional Butlers. They are assisted by a fabulous professional team. Each property has its own large private swimming pool and access to the 185 foot private dock with boats etc.
