Brand new, family-friendly, and with cutting-edge design, this beautiful villa provides fantastic ocean views, top-of-the-line amenities, and easy access to resort facilities. Situated in the private residential sanctuary on Peninsula Papagayo, near the 13th hole of the Four Seasons award-winning Arnold Palmer golf course, the villa's positioning and layout make most of the views of the Pacific Ocean. The villa was built into the side of the hill to ensure privacy, yet beaches, adventure tours, and resort amenities are all close by. More than 31 beaches on the Papagayo Peninsula are within a five-minute drive from Cielomar. Two complimentary golf carts make the Prieta Beach Club and the Four Seasons almost effortless. The large terrace on the main floor offers a black lava-stone infinity-edged pool, spilling directly into the ocean. The pool is 4 feet deep at the shallow end, ideal for children, and 10 feet deep at the opposite end. Outdoor living and dining areas dot the deck, and a walk-out view terrace/bridge appears to float above. Retractable sails can be extended from either side of the view bridge to provide shade so the outdoor living can be enjoyed at any time of the day. With its contemporary bow-and-arrow design, lines between indoor and outdoor living blur at the villa, allowing for fabulous ocean views throughout. Dark, wooden floors and high ceilings compliment the large open windows and sliding glass doors. Right angles are an exception, and the house is unique in that most of its walls are curved. Soothing tones and minimalist interiors provide a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The spacious living room offers cozy couches and chairs, as well as a high-tech sound system to help guests unwind. The large wooden dining room table is nearby, seating for ten guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances so guests or a hired chef can easily prepare a meal. The lower floor of this villa offers a fitness room with a large variety of equipment and an entertainment/movie room with top-notch technology. An office is located on the upper floor. The master bedroom is spacious with its own additional office, walk-in closet, and private sitting area. This master bedroom also has access to a private Zen garden on the lower level and an outdoor shower. There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms on the upper level and three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the lower level. The closest full grocery store is about 45 minutes away in Coco beach, but groceries can be ordered online and delivered to the villa. There are also smaller stores closer to the estate and dining venues at the nearby Four Seasons.
