The space
The villa features an open-plan layout with high ceilings and abundant natural light. Large glass sliding doors connect the indoor living space to beautifully maintained gardens and a spacious outdoor dining terrace. The living room is stylishly furnished with a large sofa, fireplace, flat screen smart TV (Free View & Apple TV), DVD player, iPod dock, and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, all designed in sleek white and stainless steel finishes. A separate laundry room provides a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
Outside, a 7m x 3.5m swimming pool is surrounded by lawns, sun loungers, parasols, and a cozy swinging chair on a raised platform. The covered outdoor terrace offers a dining table for eight to ten people, exterior lighting, and a gas BBQ—perfect for al fresco evenings. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
