The space

A staircase connects the two floors of the villa. The floor plan is kept simple so that navigating around this naturally-ventilated villa is convenient. There are plenty of open spaces overlooking the garden and the pool where guests can dine, relax and enjoy quality time. Other amenities include a sauna, a laundry room and a room with wardrobes. Inside, the living room directly faces the pool and has a pleasant ambiance. It is flooded with natural light thanks to various openings during the day time. There is a sitting area comprising of plush sofas set around the fireplace. A passage leads the guests from the living room to the dining area that overlooks the garden and the mighty La Concha. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a breakfast table, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a large fridge, a microwave, an induction hob, a toaster, an electric kettle and a cooker hob.

The neighbourhood

The single villa is located right as one approached Nueva Andalucia and is only a short drive from Puerto Banús, the glitzy and glamorous marina on Costa del Sol. The villa is perfect for an exciting beach vacation as it close to a number of beaches, the closest among them being only 6 minutes’ drive. Guests can also indulge in shopping and dining very close to the house. The nearest of the five top-class golf courses is only 500 meters away.
