On the first floor there are other bedrooms, spacious living room with dining area. Here you can also find, separated with an additional entrance, staff quarters. The outside area of the villa is wonderfully decorated Mediterranean garden that enriches capacious swimming pool and accompanying terraces of approximately 560 m2. By adding garden furniture, sun beds and parasols we created a perfect leisure oasis. Probably the best place within the villa is the upper first floor terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and bay of Karbuni. The area of Karbuni, where this villa is situated, was a proclaimed park of nature, creating together with nearby islands and islets a huge protected natural area. This whole area is few kilometers away from towns of Blato and Vela Luka and around 40 km from town of Korčula.
