Situated in a cul-de-sac the apartment offers privacy and peace, while still being within one of Cape Town’s most popular suburbs.
The main living and dining area is open plan, and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for four and a TV lounge with a large leather couch.
Foldaway glass doors open onto a balcony with views of the city and ocean. There is also a patio lounge and outdoor dining for six guests. Each of the bedrooms boasts a Queen-size bed, outdoor access, plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony, while the second bedroom opens onto a private courtyard.
The neighbourhood
Those who enjoy hiking will love the Lion’s Head path which begins just opposite the entry of the apartment.
It’s a great contour path which offers an excellent viewpoint of the city.
